Why isn't the letter coming?

Hello! For some reason I can't receive an email. In the logs of the mail server where the mailbox is located, where I send the letter, I see this:

Feb 2 13:54:36 esk2 postfix/smtpd[27257]: connect from forward4m.cmail.yandex.net[5.255.216.22]
Feb 2 13:54:37 esk2 postfix/smtpd[27257]: 64999C49EA: client=forward4m.cmail.yandex.net[5.255.216.22]
Feb 2 13:54:37 esk2 postfix/cleanup[27260]: 64999C49EA: message-id=<[email protected]>
Feb 2 13:54:37 esk2 postfix/qmgr[27244]: 64999C49EA: from=<[email protected]>, size=2175, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
Feb 2 13:54:37 esk2 postfix/virtual[27247]: warning: recipient [email protected]: not found in virtual_uid_maps
Feb 2 13:54:37 esk2 postfix/virtual[27247]: 64999C49EA: to=<[email protected]>, relay=virtual, delay=0.12, delays=0.11/0/0/0.01, dsn=4.3.5, status=deferred (mail system configuration error)
Feb 2 13:54:37 esk2 postfix/smtpd[27257]: disconnect from forward4m.cmail.yandex.net[5.255.216.22] ehlo=2 starttls=1 mail=1 rcpt=1 data=1 quit=1 commands=7

What could be the reason? As I understand it, the mail server cannot find the user user1, but it is registered in the database.

How does postfix go to the database? Give a line from the config.
