Why isn't the global variable set in .htaccess?

Good afternoon. I am using .htaccess in magento platform for multi store. After the next reinstallation of the server, switching between the stores stopped working.

SetEnvIf Request_URI "^\/test" MAGE_RUN_CODE=test_us
SetEnvIf Request_URI "^\/test" MAGE_RUN_TYPE=store

Here is a piece of code for a different store, well, when I try to get MAGE_RUN_CODE in index.php, it gives an empty value. And I don’t know how to check, maybe something with apache?

Is the mod_setenvif module installed? Loading from config?
