Why isn't the custom Yandex.Maps icon applied?

I registered all custom properties for the icon in the createPlacemark function, but for some reason the default icon is still displayed. What could be wrong?

custom properties for the icon prescribed ...

...not in the right place. Move from properties to options (third parameter instead of second).
