Why isn't routing through VPN L2TP going through?

Hello,
please help me solve the problem
L2TP VPN is up between 2
office1 offices (ext. network 192.168.1.0/24, ip l2tp of the interface 10.10.10.6) - on zyxel there is a route
192.168.2.0/24 10.10.10.1 L2TP0
office2 (ext. network 192.168 .2.0/24, ip l2tp of interface 10.10.10.1) - on mikrotik there are routes:

ADC 10.10.10.6/32 10.10.10.1 office1 0
AS 192.168.1.0/24 office1 1
C office1 connection to office2 meshes are being transmitted
The problem is that office2 does not see office1, does not even ping the l2tp interface zyxel 10.10.10.6

Try specifying in the Mikrota route in the gateway field not an interface, but an address. 10.10.10.6 instead of office1.
As well as the pref.source l2tp address of Mikrot.
