Why is Yandex.Metrica not displaying US visitors correctly?

Hello everyone, who faced such a situation when all visits of unique visitors from the USA are registered as abandoned from 0:00 of the time spent on the site, but I know for sure that they spent time on the site, navigated pages, etc., since many I did it on the phone together.
All other information, source of referral, time of visit, region, etc. displayed correctly.
The problem is not on one site, but on the third one where I put the metric.
There are no problems with visits from outside the USA, everything works.
