Why is Yandex map not displayed on the page?

I found the script for calculating the cost of delivery in the Yandex.kart sandbox. I tweaked it a little for myself, it worked in the sandbox. I transferred it to the site, connected everything as it should, but it is not displayed.
Why? Other maps work..

testing at https://jsfiddle.net/loo47m/kdhu3gL0/5/ showed: the code works when the jQuery 2+ library is included and does not work when jquery-1.11.3.js is included. Even if you turn on the version declared by Yandex 1.3.2, it still does not work.
Although the jQuery website claims that there is no difference between versions.
How can this be fixed, given that the site is on wordpress, and the jquery version is needed with ie support?
