Why is wsus not working?

Good for all.
Deployed based on win 2008 r2 wsus. At first, everything seemed to be not bad, he even found machines on the network and began distributing updates to them. And then everything. 2 errors:
When you specify the address of the local server in gpedit, 80072ee2 falls out.
When you do not specify and press refresh 800b0001
I will go bald soon. Not the hardest service to install, but I can't beat it. I've been googling for a few days now, can't figure out what to do. There was already such a misfortune before - he threw everything and scored from anger. And now you can't quit. If the machine is sent directly to be updated from the Internet, then it will be quietly updated.
Help with advice please

Have you installed all cumulative updates on vsus? They are not installed through Windows Update. What service build does it show you now? By the way, VSUS 10 updates, so upgrade from 7 8 to 10 was not given to me.

vus itself is configured correctly? did he download all the updates locally? there are errors on the server with vsus,
how do you prescribe the address of the server with vsus on local PCs? lets on the server with service ports?

VSUS from Win2008R2 does not know how to update the top ten, if that.
Errors should be solved on clients, as a rule, but not on vsus.
