Why is Wp-Super-Cache not caching on nginx/php-fpm?

Nginx

Does not create files at all, 0 cache. The rights to folders are normal.
Everything worked with Apache.
centos, nginx/php-fpm.

The option is to use the Breeze cache plugin
Works straight out of the box.
Whether it is possible to bypass php with it, I do not know yet.
But others did not manage to start at all, in any way.
