Hello. A question. I made a copy of the site and the theme fell off. The error is that Theme Functions were not found.

All links in the database were redefined - changed the paths up to the root - took into account serialized arrays. Changed the length where necessary.
Set the rights to all files and folders (644 and 755)
WP_SITEURL and WP_HOME - correspond to the new domain Re-uploaded
native htaccess
Changed php version from 5.3 to 7.2
Reinstalled plugins
Restored wp from scratch, installed clean wp
What else can I do? Tell me please. Already tormented.

looked into the /root/test.ru/wp-content/themes/byblos/inc/engine/byblos.php file itself?
The values ​​themselves ('phone','phone2','email') most likely get from the database, of course, but you can start from the file.
