Why is Wordpress removing paragraphs?

I don’t understand why Wordpress in the editor, when I write text from a new line without specifying , then the engine knocks down the entire text into one continuous paragraph after publication, without breaking it into paragraphs?
Why doesn't it define a newline as a new paragraph?

Perhaps I previously ruled some piece of code that it happened .. I don’t remember .. does anyone know what is responsible for processing the line break?

it all depends on how this code is output, one function cleans everything, and the other does not.
