Why is wordpress not updating the data?

This screenshot shows the Woocommerce checkout page. In the region section there is a choice between different regions of Russia. When a person has selected a region, he is prompted to select a city from that region. The problem is that if a person has selected a region and then chosen another one, the cities are not loaded, but remain from the previous region, although if you manually refresh the page, the cities are displayed correctly. Help, please, I will be grateful for any answer.
