Why is Woocommerce on the product page adding extra values to the links?

Good afternoon dear community. Perhaps someone has come across similar oddities and can give me a solution. I will be very grateful. Essence of the question:
1) When adding a link to the text description of the product, an extra line is added to the link for some reason. Example: added to the word Authentic in the product description a link to a page on my website https://imederia.com/oferta/. However, after saving the product card, the link becomes https://imederia.com/product/offerta/. That is, it adds the word product/. 5c2a0f4895e4c231008014.pngThe same thing happens with all links on the product page, for example in the footer. Everywhere an extra word is added, which is why they naturally lead to a non-existent page. Outside of the product page, links are normal.
I would be grateful for any hint. Thank you and have a nice holidays.

Hello!
1) Eliminate conflicts and problems from the theme or plugins. So to speak, "localize the problem." Disable the theme or plugins one by one and see if the problem persists. In particular, pay attention to plugins such as Woocommerce Permalink Manager
2) I suspect that there are no problems with the theme or plugins, but something is tricky in the permalink settings (Settings - Permalinks - Woocomemrce). In the same place, pay attention to the base urls.
3) Also urls can be overwritten in theme files. Accordingly, look in functions.php
4) In theory, / product should be, since it is the base url for the wokomer. Otherwise, the VI will take the page for "Pages" for example ...
Here, the screen -
But why your base url is not displayed at the beginning, I did not understand (
