In general, there are devices: XIAOMI Redmi 5A smartphone, Presigio GRACE 3318 3G Tablet PC | PMT3318_3GE_C , Wifire Linux digital set-top box, Android Wifire digital set-top box, and ZTE Blade V8 Lite smartphone. All devices see only 2.4GHZ networks, while set-top boxes can work with 5GHZ networks. And the problem is not only with my networks, but also with the neighbors. The problem with your neighbor and you in 2.4 GHz networks may be due to the fact that both routers broadcast at maximum power and on the same channel and because of this they clog each other.
Not all portable devices support 5GHz. See the technical specifications for portable equipment to see which Wi-Fi frequency bands are supported by these devices.
