Why is VPN looping?

Strange situation. There is an ipsec tunnel, if I trace from one subnet to any computer on another subnet, then this picture is obtained.

The tunnel is laid through the wilds of the corporate subnet of the parent organization and from time to time they turn off our port due to loopback.
How is this possible? The tunnel is configured between DSR-1000N and DSR-150N
The settings are the most common, as per the manual. I didn't create any routes.
There is another VPN, where the tracing goes like this
LAN IP of the router on the side of the tracing
LAN IP of the router on the other side of the
IP in a different subnet

Always in such questions you need to show the network diagram. Including external and internal ip.

look at all the network settings in the devices that are involved in networking in your office, then the vpn server settings with routes and everything will be clear
