Why is two CDATA created in description in Wordpress?

Good afternoon!
I am currently setting up an RSS feed. I make settings in the feed-rss2.php file.
I did not touch the output of a brief announcement and the full text, but it turns out that two CDATA are displayed in description. Plus, it doesn't clip the text in the description. How it looks can be seen on the screen.
I searched the Internet for a solution, but did not find it. Can someone suggest how to fix this?
