Why is there so little information about JScript .NET?

I completely stumbled upon such a dark horse as JScript from Microsoft based on ECMA3, and the first thing that caught my eye was that it was compiled JS, while I didn’t really go into it, I looked at the syntax and that’s all ...
Actually, what’s the catch? Why is there relatively little information about this brainchild? Does it make sense to get to know him?

There is no point, the project is stillborn. If you use it in sales, you will have to increase the requirements for candidates and increase salaries. Or slow down the adaptation of a new employee, as you have to deal with this beast.
