Why is there not enough space after adding RAM on Windows 10?

Hello comrades ! I ran into the following problem: after installing 2 sticks of RAM, which is identical to the first one, various errors and freezes occur in different applications, while messages about a lack of memory are written in the task manager (there is no screen). The problem is solved by including the swap file at the system's choice, but I'm not at all satisfied with the fact that it takes 18GB of swap file. I put 6GB of the swap file and the problem reappeared. It comes to the absurd, my paycharm crashed. I will be grateful for help.

Ps I checked the frames for errors.

Once you

completely dissatisfied with the fact that it takes a swap file of 18GB
then write your operating system!
If the system needs another 18 gigs of swap file in addition to your 16 gigs of RAM, and you give it only 6, then explain why it should not swear at the lack of memory? I don't see anything absurd here. So the tasks you have are resource-intensive.
Let the system manage the paging file itself!

1. transfer the swap file to another screw / partition (if any); but it is unlikely to help
2. check the memory; any Live-USB Linux, memtest86++. Thoroughly check it, by different methods and many passes.
3. before that, remove the dies and wipe the terminals with alcohol (if possible). Not cologne, not perfume, not vodka or whiskey (and certainly not acetone/thinner). Alcohol.
