Why is there not enough RAM?

Hello, after reinstalling Windows, I had the same problem. Often writes that there is not enough RAM
At 8gb DDR4 itself, I have not seen such problems before.
It is surprising that processes such as chrome, figma, visual studio code do not use much through the task manager. But where else does the RAM go? Even if you turn off all programs 3-4gb loaded

I think you have an SSD and the paging file is disabled, you need to enable it.
