Why is there no "tasks 2.0" section in Bitrix components?

I want to make reviews on the site, first I went to the documentation, I found this:

it contains the path: Content > Tasks 2.0 > Subject (reviews)
But when I want in the visual editor in the section Content, there is no "Tasks 2.0". Tell me what you need to install or activate so that it appears there.
