Why is there no sound in my Stories ads via Facebook Ads?

Hello, I have created a carousel for advertising in instagram stories.

I used the inshot app to create videos, inserted music, but when uploading videos to ads facebook, I have no

sound. I thought it was the inshot app and decided to download the usual videos I shot on my

phone - and there is no sound either. When uploading a video to a sponsored post in ads, there is no button to

erase or keep the sound.. Why is there no sound? Help me please. I couldn't find

an answer to my question anywhere. I saw that advertisers make commercials in stories with sound, why

is there no sound on the commercials? Or is it just in the editor?
