Why is there no redirect after placing an order?

After placing an order, there is no redirect to a successful checkout. The preloader disappears and that's it, the page is in the form in which it was. In this case, the order is processed and gets into the admin panel. Where to dig, tell me pzhlst. There are no errors in the console.

Check the browser console, perhaps the custom code returns an error and the page is not refreshed. This usually happens when there are custom event handlers leading to errors or a custom template/component.
