Why is there no ping from a PC, but from a router?

The task is to get access from network1 access to a device on network2 which has IP 192.168.1.63.
There are 2 Mikrotik routers (hereinafter referred to as the client and the server, one on network1, the second on network2). PPTP VPN is up on the server:

The VPN client is up on the client:

A route is registered that says that IP 192.168.0.50 needs to be searched through in network2, through the gateway 192.168.0.101:

In network2, the server has a rule that says that if someone is looking for 192.168.0.50 then redirect him to 192.168.1.63:

Now, when I ping through the console on the Mikrotik client, the address is 192.168.0.50, then everything is ok. If through a PC that is connected to the Mikrotik and receives DHCP from it, then there is no ping. Where can I fix it so that I can access 192.168.0.50 from my local network?

@Veneomin

Most likely you need to distribute the route to your PC.
Show the routing table from Mikrotik and from PC

Pref-source is not registered in the routes, Plus, if you are making a tunnel and want the networks to see each other, it is better to register statics at the ends of the tunnel (instead of vpn_pool)
