Why is there no message about the added product?

There is Russian wordpress 4.7.5, version woocommerce 3.0.8.
When adding an item to the cart, no message is displayed on the store page.
I put wordpress and woocommerce on another domain, the same thing is there.
Tried all solutions from internet. Added a bunch of functions to function.php...
Nothing helps!
There are no errors, everything else works fine.
The only thing is that the cart was not updated on the store page, although there is a checkmark in the woocommerce settings. ( ajax ).
Tell me what could be wrong?

Try installing the Storefront generic theme. It's the correct code. And pure WordPress + WooCommerce. Should appear. Well, then look at the differences.
