Why is there no Internet access after authorization in freeRadius?

There is a router with dd-wrt on which the chillspot is configured.
There is a vds where freeradius is configured, it has a domain with an authorization page, which is redirected to if you are not authorized. The php page is written and uses a library that I didn’t write, the bottom line is that the library sends a login password and an IP address via a socket (like UDP protocol) and receives a response from the radius server.

Look for an error in a PHP script, or in a library. Or how you use it. Maybe it's just not designed for the version of chillispot that you have on dd-wrt.
