Why is there no IDE for functional programming languages?
There are many different IDEs for OOP languages, but there are practically none for functional and declarative languages, except for various extensions for Vim and other text editors. Why is it difficult to create an IDE for such languages?

Yes, but crap.
Not popular enough for the languages themselves.
There is no critical mass of developers that it makes sense to make a dedicated IDE for them.
There are programmer text editors with plugins specialized for the language.
