Why is there no gift block if BASKET_WITH_ORDER_INTEGRATION is enabled?

On the page, a shopping cart is implemented.
Accordingly, there is a bitrix:sale.basket.basket basket component with enabled "BASKET_WITH_ORDER_INTEGRATION" => "Y"and a bitrix:sale.order.ajax design component.

The problem is that when "BASKET_WITH_ORDER_INTEGRATION" => "Y",it does not display the block of gifts.
In the check component there is no such thing. I do not want to climb the module. Does anyone know of a simple solution?

There is no mention of any BASKET_WITH_ORDER_INTEGRATION parameter in the documentation.
And the gift block is turned on by another setting
