Why is there no access to the admin panel of the router from the outside world?
Gentlemen, tell me, please, there is a Keenetic DSL Internet center, there is a white static IP.
For some time, when connecting via IP, the admin panel was opened, now it is not. Accordingly, I can not connect to FTP or RDP.
If you try to connect, for example, via FTP from a computer located in the Keenetic local network, everything is ok. Nothing works from the remote.
Are there any security policies that can interfere with the connection?

Try rebooting if it works after the reboot, most likely, in order to save memory, they turn off the HTTP server on the device.
Once I forwarded the port for rdp, ftp in the local area - and the admin panel is no longer needed.
