Why is there an error when submitting an order to VirtueMart?

Hello.
Installed VirtueMart cart on Joomla 3.8.0. When sending an order, the following error occurs:

Letters to the client and us do not come to the mail, the order itself is in the admin panel, but it is displayed inadequately:
