Why is there an error when starting Takana?

Question

Node.js

I install Takana according to this sample for Sublime Text, for Live Edit sass it
npm install -g takana
goes fine, then I
install the plugin for ST - Tex Live Package Manager and Takana, then
takana .
the result:
