Why is there a syntax error in a Google Sheets formula?

In one of the tables, it turns out to extract the numbers from the cell using the function =REGEXREPLACE(C2221,"\D+", ""), but for some reason in the other table, the same formula produces a syntax error in the same situation. What's the matter?
