Why is there a mountain of some external requests in the local html file that I did not register?

Here is a screenshot

. I did not register any external requests in the file, but where did the requests to external sites come from?
I don’t know if it will help the investigation, but I uploaded this html document to Hostinger (I figured out how to upload documents, and uploaded what came to hand)
If you need console screenshots, then here:

Please help, because I am in everything related to requests I'm very bad at understanding and I'm scared

open the console and go to the Sources tab, see what files with the .js extension are being initialized. There are two options:
1. Plugins for chrome.
2. Virus.
