Guys, tell me please what's the matter. Hosting has imposed restrictions on the site due to heavy load and there are interesting lines (not only these, but still)

It turned out that an incorrect url was specified in the manifest.
nginx cannot find the file in the root directory of the site and transfers request processing to apache. This request is processed by the php script, which generates the load.
