Why is there a fine grid on the left of the monitor?
I turned on the computer and suddenly noticed some unknown crap. The monitor on the left darkened and became reticulated, as if the pixels had increased several times.
Connected via VGA cable. Monitor LG 23ea63v.
The drivers are the latest, I took out the vidyushka and cleaned everything.

Connect via DVI/hdmi, check. A VGA cable usually has a low bandwidth, at high resolutions it can buggy transmit a picture.
Specify that you don’t have any interference to the left of the monitor (powerful speakers may be standing).
If it doesn't help, get it repaired.
Check the frame rate and try to change it to a higher or lower one and check the lights and the vga cable there may be interference and check the capacitors in the monitor power supply!
Try again to drive Nokia Monitor Test
Hover the cursor over the "resolution" icon there, click on it with the left mouse button and then right, then enter the monitor settings menu (on it with the buttons what) and look for the frequency \ phase item there
