Why is there a different weight of thumbnails on a local server and hosting?

When I add the same image in WP through the media menu, the size of the generated thumbnails on the local server (OpenServer) and the host is different, the resolution is the same. Despite the fact that the site is the same, and was uploaded from a local server.
What can influence the size?
