Why is there a constant pending even when the script is executed?

Colleagues, the question is tormenting.
There is a long-running task in the apache + mod_php bundle. After the script finishes running (about 60 minutes), there is a constant pending connection in Chrome Dev Tools...
Apache is currently configured like this:
Timeout 0
KeepAlive off
