Why is there a big ping between two servers?

Good afternoon!
There are two branches in Moscow, both look at the Internet through static external addresses. Both branches have a ping from / to any external services of 2-3 ms. At the same time, the ping between these branches themselves is 105 ms.
On one end Mikrotik 2011UiAS, on the other - Zentyal Community Edition 3.2.5
What could be wrong?
