Why is the wrong site displayed in the frame?

There is a frame on the page, it should contain a chat:

<iframe src="https://www5.cbox.ws/box/?boxid=914415&boxtag=dvjzw0" width="99%" height="300" allowtransparency="yes" allow="autoplay" frameborder="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" scrolling="auto"></iframe>

In Google Chrome, the chat is displayed there:
dyJS.png
And in Mozilla Firefox there is not a chat, but a Google form (which is also inserted into the frame on this page, but in a different place, and everything is displayed normally there):
dyKh.png
I clicked on "explore element"
dyKq.png
And earlier in Mozilla it was normally displayed, such garbage started only yesterday.
Why did it happen and how to fix it?

@tyzberd

as an option, you interacted with the form and the site remembered this in mozilla cookies, now it shows you the form all the time
