Good afternoon, I have a problem - a personal order page. The required component sitlab:sale.basket.basket is displayed in index.php, and in fact the sale.order.ajax template is displayed.
The component is connected both to Bitrix itself and to the template. Tell me, please, how to fix this

Is there any certainty that it is being ignored? How did you define it? Try adding a breakpoint directly to the body of the component.
In general, in such a situation, the path is usually this - a breakpoint in an intex file and make sure that this file is connected.
Then a breakpoint to the component template, if silence means to the component itself (perhaps it does not include the template).
It is better to use an editor to edit files, rather than the built-in editor in the admin panel. If you edit directly on the server (which is not good), you can take Komodo Edit - it can work over the network - you only need to set up the server and indicate that the project is on a remote server.
