Why is the work of the script not displayed when running under PhpStorm 8.0.1?

Until today everything was great. But the devil will break his leg, I don’t know why, but when the script is launched, it simply opens it in the browser and loops its work, without displaying anything. If you run from under Wamp, then everything works as it should.
In the configuration, the server and php are specified from the Wamp folders. Everything seemed to always work. But not now.
