Why is the woocommerce comment form not working?

Good afternoon!
I fill out the wocoomerce feedback form ( https://insta360-russia.ru/product/insta360-air-kamera ), everything seems to be going well, but the comment does not appear in the admin panel, and when the page is reloaded, the "confirm resubmission of the form" window appears.
How to fix?

1) plugin conflict
2) check SPAM plugins. Maybe one of them is blocking.
Change theme and disable all plugins except woomertz and check again
