Why is the window minimized to tray when opening or creating an intellij idea project?

Problem with intellij idea. Create a new or open an existing project. When opened, the window does not appear on the screen, but collapses somewhere to the left, as if to the side. Tell me, who can come across a similar thing, what needs to be adjusted or removed?
