Why is the video speed slow?

ping 20ms, download speed 33.19Mbps, upload speed 43.88Mbps
Why do videos take so long to load??? On youtube, vkontakte, etc. Seems like normal speed.

Normal speed until where? Up to your provider's resources? All we can have is the routing so wrapped up that you watch these videos through a skinny channel. I would kick the provider's TP and these services. (well, and check out all sorts of speedtests, with the ability to select a server, to assess how much the speed can vary).
Well, for the sake of inters, make a route tracing.
