Why is the video positioned incorrectly for the site?

Welcome all! I want to add a video background to the site, which will initially be loaded with a picture, and when you click on the button, the video from YouTube will be played. I've implemented the basics, but how can I make sure that the video is loaded exactly closing the image and the button is aligned in the middle and everything is adaptive and cross-browser friendly at the same time?
