Tell me how to make the video on the link opened in the browser, and not downloaded? Everything used to work fine, I right-clicked to open the video in a new tab and the video played in a new tab in the browser, now the videos are downloading.

Apparently, the MIME type has changed, and the browser simply does not admit that the file can be played. See what file type is specified by the server.
Another option, some browser settings forbid him to play, but the first option is more likely.
