Why is the uploaded image not displayed via Drag N Drop in its Bitrix module?

Hello. I create my own module on the Bitrix platform. In the same place, I created a page with its settings in the tab of my module.
I did there:
1) Displaying tabs from the .php configuration file,
2) The ability to upload pictures through the Drag N Drop module (that is, a person either drags the picture into the desired field, or selects it manually, and then clicks the "Apply" button in the module).
As a result, the uploaded image should appear on the module settings page, but unfortunately this does not happen for me.
