Why is the "Unlock Jenkins" basic page not showing up on port 8080?

Good afternoon, I started to study dev ops, I want to install jenkins on the server. I do according to the guide (they += are the same everywhere), I go through all the stages and installations. By all statuses, jenkins is active on the server, but when I try to enter the first installation page, I catch 404. Page: 94.228.123.124/jenkins What did I miss? Where did the installation of the interface fail?

Look at the logs, send us the webserver config, try contacting jenkins directly.
