Why is the Telegram bot not responding to commands?

Hello!
I install webhooks on Flask for Telegram bot (I use Python and telebot library).
When installing on the server, I relied on this code . But for some reason, when sending commands, the bot is silent.
When going to url:port/token, it gives:
Method Not Allowed
The method is not allowed for the requested URL.
Please tell me how to solve this issue?
