Why is the svg icon not showing in browsers?

I'm using the gulp-svg-sprite plugin, which resulted in a sprite.svg file.
I'm trying to display an icon:

As a result, the icon is displayed only in Firefox, and is not displayed in any other browser.

What's with the svg? It's about the frame. Adequate browsers consider this to be unacceptable. And if you want advice, tell us what you have in the frame and why.
