Why is the "stripped down" version of PyCharm running?
Hello.
There was such a problem. Installing PyCharm Community Edition. When you launch the icon - everything works. But when I run ready-made scripts from a folder, some kind of minimal version of PyCharm opens - without functionality and a normal menu (see photo). I create a new .py file - I run it - the same thing. For some reason the latest version of Pycharm doesn't want to open files this way. I don't understand what's wrong...
