Why is the SSD no longer visible in the BIOS?

Good evening.
When the computer was booting, the power was turned off, after that the computer did not want to boot from my WD Blue 250 GB SSD. The disk is not visible in the BIOS, I tried to include it in different SATA ports. According to external signs, there is nothing unusual: not burned, does not smell like burning.
Is it possible to at least recover data from it? The service center said to bring it for diagnostics, I'll take it tomorrow. As far as I understand, replacing the drive under the WD warranty is not a problem.

Of course not. You will have to restore from a backup.

If the case is under warranty, they will replace it with a new one, or return the money.
